Larger organizations that are using Meeting to Docs extensively may install a central account, which can be billed monthly.
You pay for the use of the App and the automatic conversion of the audio into text, the assembly of the text bytes into the automatic transcript, the use of online editing and summarizing tool. The web portal offers an email function.
The files of a meeting will be kept online for two months. If needed, you may ask for a longer filing period and we will bill you an extra fee accordingly.
